The map offers suggestions for excursions to areas of particular natural beauty and exciting cultural attractions, suitable and interesting kayaking routes and shows the locations of the vulnerable areas of nature.
There are also descriptions of a range of maritime activities, instructions about how not to disturb breeding birds and some key rules from the country code.
The map is available from local tourist bureaus and several of the tourism businesses in the area.
