To give you an idea of the types of tasks you would benefit from asking us to handle, here are a few examples of just some of the multifarious commissions we have handled for our customers this year.
KongresBureau Fyn has helped the following organisations:
- Frugt og Grønt Rådgivningen (The Danish Fruit & Vegetable Advisory Service) invited guests to a strawberry theme event on 16–17 January 2006 at Hotel Nyborg Strand. There were 90 participants.
- KongresBureau Fyn took care of booking the conference rooms, online registration of participant, handling/booking overnight accommodation, payments from participants and registration of participants at the start of the conference
- TheDanish Knowledge Center on Ageing held a conference for 11 participants on the subject of “Preventative Home Visits” on 1 February 2006 at Hotel Nyborg Strand.
- KongresBureau Fyn took care of booking the conference rooms, online registration of participants, payments from participants, printing/packing conference folders and registration of participants at the start of the conference
- Frugt og Grønt Rådgivningen (The Danish Fruit & Vegetable Advisory Service) held a conference entitled “Theme days in industrial fruit” on 7–8 February 2006 at Hotel Nyborg Strand. There were 80 participants.
- KongresBureau Fyn took care of booking the conference rooms, online registration of participants, handling/booking overnight accommodation, payments from participants, name tags, participant lists and registration of participants at the start of the conference
- The University of Southern Denmark held a “Nordic Conference” at the university itself on 7–8 February 2006.
- KongresBureau Fyn handled the booking/processing of overnight accommodation for the participants at nearby hotels and organised an exciting guided tour for partners.
- The Danish Brain Injury Association held a conference under the banner of “Use One Another” on 4–5 April 2006 at Hotel Nyborg Strand. There were 250 participants.
- KongresBureau Fyn took care of booking the conference rooms, online registration of participants, handling/booking overnight accommodation, payments from participants, name tags, participant lists, packing conference folders and registration of participants at the start of the conference
- The Biomedical Laboratory held the international “Scand Las” conference on 6–9 April 2006 at the LO School in Helsingør. There were 400 participants.
- KongresBureau Fyn handled the online registration of participants for the conference, get-togethers, workshops, the exhibitors’ evening and congress dinner, processing/booking accommodation at nearby hotels, coach transport during the event, payments from participants for the conference, hotel accommodation, congress dinner, etc.
- The Danish Knowledge Center on Brain Damage held conferences on the subject of “Schoolchildren with brain damage” in Copenhagen on 2–3 May, and at the Byggecentrum venue in Middelfart on 6–7 June 2006.
- KongresBureau Fyn handled booking the conference venues, meals and refreshments, etc. online registration, booking/processing overnight accommodation for participants and payments from participants.
- The Danish Agricultural Advisory Service held an international “Ecology Congress” at Odense Congress Center from 29 May through 1 June 2006. There were more than 500 participants, many of whom stayed overnight in the city.
- KongresBureau Fyn handled the booking/processing of overnight accommodation for the participants at nearby hotels and organised a range of exciting guided tours as a supplement to the congress
