Note: A fairly good health condition is required. Bring along sensible shoes and clothes in caseof bad weather. On day 3 the entire biking tour is app. 90 km. The terrain is good and you have the entire day to your disposal, but nonetheless you should be aware of the length of the route.
The tour is without guide, but a detailed card of biking routes will be handed over.

Day 1:
Hotel Svendborg Room

After Arrival at Copenhagen Airport/disembarking in Copenhagen a guide will meet you and take you to the south of Fyn to the cosy city of Svendborg, where you shall stay at Hotel Svendborg.
Here the guide will supply you with your bicycles before your dinner, which will take place in the restaurant at the hotel.

Day 2:

After breakfast you will go to the idyllic island of Tåsinge. The guests will cycle through the small villages, which are surrounded by beautiful nature.
During the tour you will see Valdemars Castle andLandet Church, where two English pilots, who were shot down in 1944, are buried. On their grave the original propeller from their plane still lies.
In the small fishing village Troense it is possible to see small authentic fishermen’s cottages, which have been gently restored and other memories from the time of shipping.
In the evening you will dine in the beautiful restaurant in the arch below Valdemars Castle.

Rudkøbing på Langeland

After breakfast you will cycle to Langeland, where you make a stop in the 700 year old idyllic town of Rudkøbing. You will eat lunch at Hotel Rudkøbing Skudehavn, which is situated with a lovely view to the marina and the Langeland Bridge.
After lunch you continue to the area near Dovns Cliff at the south point of Langeland.
You will experience the only area in Denmark where a flock of wild horses live. It is also possible to see an exhibition of nature that is on display in a newly build centre.
On the way back you can visit the beautiful Skovsgaard Estate. The estate is run ecological and is a great example on, how it is possible to take care of nature and run a farm at the same time.
After a day filled with impressions you will dine at restaurant Det Gule Pakhus in the city of Svendborg.
