Christmas dinner & beer tasting at Ærø Bryggeri
True to tradition, you are invited to a Christmas lunch at Ærø Bryggeri, which offers a tasty Danish Christmas lunch served in their atmospheric beer parlour.
The evening starts with a welcome and beer tasting, and along the way, Director Janni will host a game of Christmas music bingo with great prizes.
The impressive menu offers two kinds of herring with homemade curry salad, eggs and prawns, apple pork made from local apples, and a delicious duck salad with kale, black rice, apples, orange and walnuts. The pork roast is served with crispy pork rind, warm red cabbage and homemade cucumber salad. Dinner ends with two kinds of cheese and classic risalamande with cherry sauce. Beer and water are included and schnapps can be purchased at a great price.
During the evening, you will be guided through the impressive selection of beers and the flavours inherent in the great combination of food and beer.
