At Langeland Library, children of all ages can unleash their creativity and learn about the fascinating world of the sea. ‘Creative with Kids’, known from Instagram, and biologist Julie invite you to an inspiring workshop where children can create their own aquarium in a recycled jam jar.
Create your own aquarium
Using materials such as cardboard, glitter, tissue paper and glue guns, kids can decorate their very own aquarium. It's all about recycling, so bring an empty jam jar from home!
Learn about marine animals
Biologist Julie will dissect marine animals and talk about life on the seabed. It's an educational experience that awakens children's curiosity about nature. Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult, but otherwise all children are welcome without registration.
Take the memories home with you
After the workshop, children can take their beautifully decorated aquarium home to their room or give it as a gift to a loved one.
