Søren’s role in relation to Erhvervshus Fyn is focused on Havørred Fyn, primarily involving two key areas: supportive fish stocking and stream restoration.

In addition to his work with Havørred Fyn, Søren is a biologist at Assens Municipality, where he primarily works on restoration projects in streams and coastal areas.
