You have registered for the ICCA Nordic Chapter Meeting in Odense. If you would like to share your business exchange and learn about others, please sign up for the BE session taking place on Tuesday 5. March 14:00-15:00 (concurrent with the first timers session).

If you have attended a BE before then you know what to expect and how it works. If you have not attended a BE before here is a short description of the session:
Format: boardroom style with possibility to make a presentation.
Each participant needs to bring a Business Exchange which is a conference or event that has been to your destination, venue or management company.
Every participant has 5-10 minutes to present their BE lead and other participants can ask questions.
You cannot attend unless you bring a BE to share with everyone. The BE has to fulfill specific criteria.
Nordic Chapter Business Exchange Criteria
- Face-to-face, virtual or hybrid meetings held in 2022 and beyond AND/OR meetings that were won or lost in the last few years
- Nordic and European rotation leads
- Any ICCA or Non-ICCA leads that:
- has a minimum attendance of 50 participants
- rotates between a minimum of two countries - This includes any corporate and governmental meetings that meet the above criteria
By submitting the attached form, you are confirming that you will attend the BE session.
Deadline for submitting a BE lead is Thursday 1. March.
If you do not submit your BE then you cannot attend the session.
