Art exhibition at Krogkildegård Café

Visit Café Krogkildegård, which is hosting the exhibition Inspiration from Sky and Earth, created by three local artists.

Summer exhibition

At Café Krogkildegård in Tranderup, you can experience this year's summer exhibition featuring works by three artists who each have a close relationship with Ærø and with art as a way of life.

The exhibition, entitled Inspiration from Sky and Earth, presents an aesthetic experience where textiles, ceramics and painting create a unified expression.

Behind the exhibition are weaver Susanna Riach, owner of Ceciliasminde Væveri in Bregninge, ceramist Gundi Bindernagel, who works partly from Quellental in Hamburg and from her summer workshop in Tværbymark, and visual artist Hilda Kieseritzky from Hildas Atelier in Ommel. The three have created a sensory and thought-provoking collection of works that revolve around nature, presence and landscapes – both inner and outer.

The cosy setting at Krogkildegård Café gives the exhibition a special intimacy and closeness that makes it easy to immerse yourself – whether you know the artists already or are just curious.

The exhibition is free of charge.
