Middelfart - Emtekær - Harndrup - Middelfart, 100 km.

This route is for those who like long rides, and at the same time would like to visit some of the island's most beautiful cultural and natural experiences.

The tour starts at KulturØen in Middelfart, and takes you south along the coast of Gamborg Fjord, Føns Vig and Tybrind Vig and then inland to the smaller towns and villages, and gives you opportunity to enjoy the very beautiful scenery. Pack your swimwear and bring a picnic basket, there are several nice beaches and picnic spots along the way. Take an "icecream -stop" along the way by Føns beach kiosk, which is open during the summer months. Discover while the lush forests, for example Ørslev Bjerge, Favrskov , and the beautiful stream valley, Brænde Ådal, with the amazing fish ladder at Brende Mill .

Should cravings for food and drink be fulfilled along the way, bring a picnic basket. You can also bring a delicious packed lunch from our local butchers. Or you can visit our local restaurants and cafes; there is something for every taste and budget. You will pass Holm's Restaurant, Fænøsund Restaurant, Papa’s Ristorante, and the cafe Cafe Razz.

The cultural sights that you meet along the way, include Middelfart Museum, Psychiatric Collection, Museum of Ceramics Clay, Building Exhibition " HUSET ", Humlemagasinet and Strib Automobile Museum and many more. Nature sights include Nature Reserve Hindsgavl Dyrepark , Fønsvang lake - Fyn 2. largest, Ørslev Bjerge and the long Brænde Ådal.
