In the restaurant you can taste a piece of Langeland - the restaurant mainly uses local ingredients. However, the kitchen sometimes picks up specialties from our neighboring countries. It can be truffles from Gotland or Norwegian scallops. It is all combined with a mixture of herbs from the manor garden and exquisite spices from the all over the world.
Broholm Castle
The restaurant at Broholm Castle is located in the old tenant’s house. Here you can enjoy a meal based on fresh and local ingredients from Fyn. You can enjoy a lovely lunch (only reservations), afternoon tea or coffee with home-baked goods or a delicious dinner.
Hindsgavl Castle
Eat a delicious gourmet dinner at the restaurant Den Hvide Dame (The White Lady) which has a special approach to food – the focus is on great, fresh ingredients and in summer, the kitchen uses fresh ingredients from the castle garden. With a varied menu there is something for everyone.
