Location & The Vineyard
The vineyard sits atop a hill with views over the Little Belt and Helnæs Bay, near the picturesque fishing village of Brunshuse, known for its charming old houses and scenic harbor. Hyldeborg Vineyard captures the heart with its magical atmosphere, welcoming guests to a grand wine orangery. The sea breeze and coastal climate create the perfect conditions for the vineyard's organic, crisp, and fruity sparkling wines. 500 vines grow among newly planted fruit orchards.
In 2025, Hyldeborg Vineyard embarks on an exciting new chapter with the opening of a cozy recycled-glass orangery (expected late 2025). Here, visitors can immerse themselves in exquisite wine tastings paired with delicate fish dishes, inspiring lectures, and unique events.
Guests can also book a relaxing massage with a sea view in the apartment.
This must be arranged in advance when booking the stay with Trine-Charlott at mobile +45 2912 0851.
