We aim to use local produce as much as possible. We seek quality and sustainability when choosing our suppliers! We are quite proud of our farmers – and many of them are certified organic. We receive fresh delivery every day – freshly caught fish from the shores of Ærø, and meat and vegetables from local farms.
Daily changing menu
The menu changes every day according to the chef's inspiration by the available produce of the season from our local suppliers. We believe that creativity and good mood is reflected in the restaurant experience – and we're always happy to welcome returning guests a completely unique menu. Our menu is simple intending to reduce food waste, and to let the chef concentrate his love into the few dishes.
Restaurant Udsigen Marstal is situated in the hotel Udsigten Marstal with sea view from the restaurant – or from our amazing terrasse, which can be enjoyed in the warm summer days and evenings. Feel free to enjoy a good glass of wine with a snack, also before the restaurant opens up for dinner service. Find the chef in the kitchen, and he'll happily assist you.
