Røgeri Hindsholm consists of Smokehouse specializing in cold smoking. Associated shop with the smokehouse's products as well as gourmet specialties from Italy and Corsica in particular. An outdoor spring and summer trattoria (restaurant). Specializing in finding top gourmet products at the chef's request. Balsamic and wine vinegar production.
The philosophy
We manufacture 100% without compromise. The best raw materials are always the starting point, and we use the time necessary to achieve sublime quality. As an example, it takes one month to produce fresh bacon and two months to produce aged bacon. In 2014, our salmon was voted Denmark's best cold-smoked salmon by Erhversfiskernes Fiskeavis.
Today we deliver to approx. 15 of the very best chefs in Denmark, several with Michelin stars.
The philosophy and goal is to always achieve the sublime quality worthy of a Michelin restaurant.
