Yoga in Atma Yoga House

If you are a guest on the island and would like to practice yoga, you are welcome to join the weekly yoga classes at Atma Yoga House, which is beautifully located in the cosy village of Ommel, just outside Marstal.

Here you can enjoy the tranquillity and views of Kleven Harbour while your body and mind find balance. All necessary equipment can be borrowed on site.

Atma Yoga House opened in 2022 and offers yoga in a beautiful, atmospheric hall in the farm's old stable.

There are no regular classes during school holidays and public holidays. However, during these periods there may be special yoga events - see more on Instagram, Facebook or on the website.
