Restaurant Broholm Castle is located in the castle’s former estate manager’s residence and provides a setting for dining experiences, celebrations and meetings in historic surroundings. The restaurant overlooks the lake, moat and the South Fyn countryside surrounding Broholm Castle.

The kitchen focuses on seasonal ingredients and local Funen produce from suppliers and producers the restaurant has worked with for several years. The menu changes throughout the year according to the seasons and available ingredients.

Winter dishes feature pickled vegetables, root vegetables and deeper flavours, while spring brings local asparagus, coastal herbs and fresh greens. During summer, the menu includes new potatoes, rhubarb, strawberries and herbs and edible flowers from the castle’s own herb garden and local producers such as Øhave Grønt on Tåsinge. In autumn, mushrooms, root vegetables and game dishes become part of the menu.

The restaurant offers classic brunch, lunch brunch and evening dining. Every Friday, guests can enjoy the popular Friday steak menu with beef steak, béarnaise sauce and hand-cut fries overlooking the lake and moat.
