At Dynamo Kaffe, just outside Ærøskøbing, coffee is all about the raw ingredients, craftsmanship and flavour. The roastery works with speciality coffee, including single-farm coffees and coffee from smaller cooperatives. Each coffee is roasted with a focus on bringing out its individual flavour and character.

Dynamo Kaffe aims to build long-term relationships with coffee producers and create a connection between the people who grow the coffee and those who drink it. This also makes the journey from farm to cup part of the story behind the coffee.

If you’re curious about what goes into a cup of coffee, Dynamo Kaffe offers coffee tastings and courses. Here, you can learn more about growing, harvesting, roasting and brewing coffee, as well as the different flavours found in each cup. Barista courses also cover topics such as espresso, filter coffee and latte art.

At selected times, the roastery also opens a pop-up coffee bar. Here, you can enjoy the coffee on site while taking in views of the South Funen Archipelago.
