Icecream from Skarø

Is fra Skarø produces organic ice cream on Skarø in The South Fyn Archipelago. The production is based on natural ingredients and an ambition to create ice cream with clear flavour and respect for the surrounding environment.

The range includes several types of ice cream, including protein ice cream, vegan sorbets and organic dairy ice cream. The protein ice cream is made with whey protein and developed with a focus on both flavour and nutritional value. The vegan varieties and sorbets contain a high amount of fruit and berries, creating a fresh and intense taste experience.

The organic dairy ice cream is made with fresh milk and cream from Danish dairies together with Danish egg yolks.
