Lifeplan Kajak & Friluftsliv offers nature-based activities centred on sea kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). You can rent equipment or join courses, guided tours, events and team-building activities. Guided cycling and hiking tours are also available.

From May to September, guided kayak tours take place on Svendborgsund, starting from the beach below Hotel Christiansminde. Tours last around three hours including a break and begin with an introduction, making them suitable for beginners. The programme also includes themed cycling tours throughout the year and outdoor cooking courses using local ingredients.

Lifeplan Kajak & Friluftsliv also operates unmanned KAYAKOMAT stations where kayaks and SUP boards can be booked digitally. Within Geopark The South Fyn Archipelago, stations are located in Svendborg, Faaborg, Rudkøbing and Ristinge.
