Midsummer at Teglværkspladsen

Just outside Marstal lies Thea’s scenic glamping site, Teglværkspladsen, with plenty of space for socialising and having a good time. Every year, she invites anyone interested to a Midsummer’s Eve celebration featuring a bonfire and speeches, summer games on the site, a communal meal and a cosy get-together.

Thea fires up the barbecue, so you can bring your own food and a picnic blanket and enjoy it in the countryside. Thea usually also arranges for a local restaurateur to serve a delicious evening meal for anyone who doesn’t want to cook for themselves.

You’ll be able to buy beer, wine, water and ice cream on site using MobilePay or cash.

And you might be lucky enough to catch a cake-making competition!

It’s free to take part in the Midsummer celebrations, but food must be ordered and paid for separately.
