Restaurant Børsen

Gastropub Børsen in Svendborg is both a restaurant and a bar offering a wide selection of dishes, from brunch and Danish classics to smørrebrød, salads, sandwiches and steaks. The kitchen uses fresh ingredients and the menu ranges from light meals to more substantial dishes. The drinks menu includes craft beers, a changing beer of the month, cocktails, shots and barista coffee.

Since 1984, Børsen has been part of the local city life and offers both indoor seating and a large outdoor area with covered sections and heaters, allowing guests to visit throughout the year.

The venue features several themed rooms, each with its own character and story. The SS Martha-stuen is inspired by a Danish film classic and decorated with maritime elements. The Matadorstuen is adorned with motifs from the TV series Matador and is suited for larger events, while the Mogensenstuen provides a setting for smaller gatherings.
