Hofmansgave

The building was situated on a former island connected with the main land 1756. It is surrounded by Odense Fjord and low fields.
For several generations, the Hofman-Bang family owned the manor until the last descendant died in 1972 and the estate was made a foundation.
There is no public access to the former manor house, but the park, presenting rare plants and trees from all over the world, is open to the public all year round from sunrise to sunset.
In the park you will also find the Danish Potato Museum, open to the public from Easter till October. Free entrance.
One of the farm buildings houses a small museum for the Hofman-Bang sisters. The museum is open to the public from Easter till October. Entrance DKK 10,00
