Buy heritage grains and mill your own flour

At Lille Søbygård, you can explore a farm shop offering heritage grains grown right on the farm. Here you will find varieties such as purple naked barley, Petkus spring rye and Mariagertoba wheat, all cultivated without pesticides or artificial fertilisers.

In the shop, you can also use a mill freely. Grind the grains into fresh wholemeal flour, rich in fibre and full of flavour for your home baking.

You will find recipes for bread as well as a booklet with dishes featuring the grains. Throughout the year, you can also buy fruit, vegetables and other products from the farm.
