Coastal shelters
Sleep like outdoor royalty in one of the architect-designed shelters dotted along the coast all around Fyn and the Islands. Easy to spot and hard not to love, the shelters were designed by LUMO Architects and are part of the Blå Støttepunkter project.

Om De Blå Støttepunkter
Along the coastlines of Fyn and the islands, you’ll find more than 30 shelter locations called Blå Støttepunkter - translated to English Blue Support Points.
These shelters are easy to reach both from land and from the water. At these coastal shelters, you’ll find more than just a dry place to sleep: there are also campfire sites and other facilities for adventurous outdoor souls.
The modern, architect-designed shelters are made so you can sleep in shelter from wind and weather, all year round.
LUMO Architects designed the easily recognisable shelters, which come in five different versions and sizes. They are named after local fish species, including Skrubben (“The Flounder”) and Hornfisken (“The Garfish”).
