Welcome to Tee 3 – Kerteminde’s very own Costa del Kerteminde spot on the beach during the Danish Golf Championship 2026! Here you’ll find yourself at one of Kerteminde’s beautiful beaches, Nordstranden, which is just a short walk from both the town centre and the marina. The beach is filled with evening activities in and around the sand. There is something for everyone – whether you enjoy Latin rhythms, live music, great food and relaxing with a sea view or a friendly challenge with golf clubs and minigolf balls.

Program

Throughout the Danish Golf Championship you can enjoy a gourmet meal at Restaurant Kalle at Hotel Kerteminde Strand, freshly made take-away or a delicious ice cream at Nordstranden’s Ice Cream Shop and Kerteminde Minigolf. You can also try the minigolf course yourself on artificial turf with sea views.

17:00–21:30: Picnic and Latin in the sand

Bring a blanket, food and wine in your picnic basket. Or buy delicious take-away from one of the cosy cafés in town and settle into the sand from around 17:00. Here you can enjoy Latin music under the open sky, a great atmosphere and maybe even a dip in the Baltic Sea before the dancing begins.

18:00–20:00: Mayor battle and Danish Minigolf Championship

Mayors and politicians from Kerteminde, Nyborg, Nordfyn and Odense Municipalities, along with former players from the Danish national minigolf team, compete for the trophy at Kerteminde Minigolf. The courses are located at Nordstranden near the marina. Come and cheer for your favourite in the Danish Minigolf Championship and see who gets stuck in “the valley of doom”. Expect fighting spirit, cosiness and lots of fun.

18:30–21:30: Salsa in the sand

Join Cuban salsa at Waterdrops on Nordstranden in Kerteminde when Odense Salsa Association teaches dance steps in the sand under the open sky. The group dance starts at 18:30 with an introduction for everyone – no experience or dance partner needed. No registration required.
